NOT FEELING THE LOVE FOR YOUR ANNI CERNEA PURCHASE? NO WORRIES!

If, for any reason, your new ANNI CERNEA piece isn’t quite what you dreamed of, you have 30 days from receiving the package to send it back or exchange it. We're all about making things easy!

HERE’S THE DEAL ON RETURNS:

  • You cover the return shipping costs to send your item back to us.
  • Want a refund or exchange? Just make sure your item is unused and still in its original box. (Items that look loved or have been on too many adventures won’t make it past our return team!)

Remember, you’re also responsible for any duties or taxes involved in returning the item to us.

PRO TIP: Use a traceable shipping service and keep your proof of postage. We can’t help if things get lost or damaged on the way back.

REFUNDS: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method. Keep in mind, this can take up to 14 working days—so hang tight!
